For optimal freshness, we recommend consuming our coffee within 2 weeks of opening. Store it in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture. The coffee will still be good for up to a month, but the flavor profile may begin to degrade after the first 2 weeks.
Our coffee shines with manual brewing methods like pour-over (V60 or Chemex), French press, or Aeropress. Use water at 195-205°F (90-96°C) and a medium-coarse grind. For espresso, we recommend a finer grind and 9 bars of pressure. Each bag includes specific brewing recommendations.
Yes! We offer a Swiss Water Process decaf that maintains excellent flavor without chemicals. Our decaf options rotate seasonally, but we always have at least one decaf blend available that's perfect for evening enjoyment without compromising sleep.
Absolutely! We offer tours of our roasting facility every Saturday at 10am and 2pm. You'll see our process firsthand and enjoy a tasting session. Tours must be booked in advance through our website or by calling our customer service.
